FDIC Makes Public October Enforcement ActionsNo Administrative Hearings Scheduled For December 2023

WASHINGTON — The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in October 2023.  There are no administrative hearings scheduled for December 2023.

The FDIC issued eight orders in October 2023.  The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of three consent orders, three orders to pay a civil money penalty (CMP), and two prohibition orders.
